Tier 1 – For Profit Booth

  • 10x10 footprint, $325.00
  • 10x20 footprint, $500.00

Tier 2 – Non Profit Booth

  • 10x10 footprint, $225.00
  • 10x20 footprint, $400.00

Tier 3 – Clubs/Teams, Local Market, Start-up Company Booth

  • 10x10 footprint, $125.00
  • 10x20 footprint, $200.00

Late Registration: The last day to register for the Tour of the Moon Expo without receiving a late fee is Saturday, September 15th. Any company registering after this time will pay an additional $25.00 booth fee.

If you wish to have a sprinter van with your 10×10 tent, you must pay the 10×20 space price. If you plan to only use a sprinter van as your booth size, you may pay for a 10×10 space. Please make a note in the registration form that you plan on bringing a sprinter.


Friday, September 28th

  • Exhibitor Load-in: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Expo & Packet Pick-up: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Saturday, September 29th

  • Exhibitor Load-in: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
  • Expo: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Exhibitor Load-out: 4:00 p.m.


Hotels in Grand Junction, Palisades and Fruita will book quickly. We encourage exhibitors to reserve hotel lodging sooner rather than later.
