May I change my Jersey size?
Yes, you may change your size online up until August 31 at 12 p.m. Subject to availability, you may also exchange your jersey during the ride at our merchandise booth. Please note, we can’t guarantee that all sizes will be available event weekend.
Where may I pick up my packet?
If you did not choose to have your packet mailed, you may pick up your ride credentials at Two Rivers Convention Center on Friday, September 28 from 4 – 8 p.m. or on Saturday, September 29 from 6:30 – 8:30 a.m.
May I change my course?
No worries on changing your course, we simply ask in advance to best gage the allocation of support and services. Enjoy your ride whether it’s the 41 or 62-mile option.
How do I add lights to my registration?
We are selling a Cateye Light Set for $20, which we can mail with your packet or you may pick up at Two Rivers Convention Center on ride weekend. Click here to view pictures of the light set and read a brief description.
You may add lights to your registration on events.com until August 31. You may also purchase at several bike shops in the Grand Valley – Over the Edge Sports, Ruby Canyon Cycles and Brown Cycles.
May I add merchandise to my registration?
Absolutely! It’s very easy to edit your registration info on Events.com. Once you register, Events.com will send out a confirmation email that has a ‘change’ link on it. Or you can follow these steps:
- Log in to events.com. If you don’t have an account, select “Sign Up” and use the same email as listed on your registration.
- Wait for your event tabs to load and find the event you need
- Click Manage Event
- Click Manage Registration then Edit Information
- Please scroll down and click Select Additional Items. Select a new response and press Submit Order at the bottom of the screen. This updates your registration in real time. You will receive an email reflecting your change.
